Guests captured these 3 bears searching for ashes in the grill outside of the Taku Lodge. Wild bears are never given any fish or other food scraps, but will search the ashes from time to time.

We visited on 07/16/12. It was the best excursion of our whole trip (and it had good competition). Can you tell me the names of the bears we saw? I know Rainer was the little 4 year old. Then we saw a large cinnamon black bear then at the end we saw a 6 year old black bear but I can’t remember the names. Putting together a scrapbook and was hoping you could help. Thanks again. We’ll be back.
